Sophie has a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. She studied at London’s Morley College under Julie Quinn, one of most experienced reflexologists in the country.
She is a member of Complementary Health Professionals.
Before becoming a reflexologist in 2018, Sophie worked as a consultant for 10 years, facilitating projects with business communities in towns and cities across the UK. Her career before that includes a decade as a academic researcher and working for a third sector membership organisation. She is therefore ideally placed to understand the pressures of a busy working life and the importance of self-care.
Sophie is based in London but is able to travel up to 60 minutes by train to treat clients outside London. Please use the Contact Me page to make a query.
